Financial Management Assistant Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Management Assistant to help us manage our daily financial operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and has strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly financial statements
* Managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing
* Coordinating supplier contracts and ensuring timely payments
* Preparing business activity statements and reconciling accounts
* General ledger and journal entry management
* Telephone enquiries and appointment scheduling
* General administrative duties such as data entry and document management
