Account Manager - Regional Growth
The role of Account Manager - Regional Growth involves proactively communicating with partners in the region to develop Booking.com's business.
This position requires maintaining a stable relationship with accommodation partners, ensuring they offer customers the best availability and competitive pricing.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve Booking.com's business by using internal segmentation to prioritize.
Analyze new potential partner leads and pass them on for further follow-up.
Take customer service escalations related to your managed portfolio and resolve them efficiently.
Support the organization of events like workshops and webinars for partners and attend relevant partner events.
