As the Team Manager, you will drive the team to success with your:
* Effective and efficient project management – management and organisation of listings, sales, property marketing, liaising with trades and arranging keys, liaising with conveyancers and finance brokers, for each property their sales agent lists and sells.
* Operational management of the Schilling team
* Exceptional client service and management

Who You Are
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate in a similar role (preferred)
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly developed attention to detail
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high‐pressure work environment
* The ability to manage a dynamic working environment
* An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
* Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and sound attention to detail
* Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
