Powerlift Industries (PLI) is a locally owned and operated leader in mining and resource sector services across the Pilbara. We're expanding and currently seeking experienced FIFO Crane Operators to join our Karratha-based team. You'll work across shutdowns, ad hoc projects, and mine maintenance at multiple Pilbara sites.
In this role FIFO CO Operators will require proven ability to operate cranes up to and including 300T, especially Liebherr all-terrain cranes. This is a Karratha-based role, with flexible roster arrangements, shared company housing, and ongoing, long-term work.

ABOUT YOU:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in the mining and resource industry (mandatory)
* Minimum of 3 years experience in Liebherr All-Terrain Cranes up to and including 300T (mandatory)
* Excellent attitude to safety
* Flexible attitude to work within all our crews and to assist with other duties outside your scope
* Able to work autonomously as well in a team
* Able to follow instructions and show initiative
* Safety and process-focused, and willing to input and continually improve the process
* Willing to perform other duties within your level of skills and competence
* Willing to work long duration rosters work cycles
* Must be comfortable residing in shared housing
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* Proof of right to work in Australia (mandatory)
* CO ticket experience operating up to and including 300T (mandatory)
* High Risk Work License (CO Crane ticket + RI or RA Riggers ticket)
* Current and Valid Australian Drivers Licence (HR class)
* Ability to pass VOC for Rigging, Franna Operation as well as the larger cranes once mobilised to site.
* Working at Heights, EWP and LF tickets (highly desirable)
* Rio Tinto inducted (desirable)
* MSIC (highly desirable)
* White Card (mandatory)
* Successful applicant is required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
