We're looking for a hands-on Recruitment Coordinator who understands blue-collar recruitment and enjoys working directly with operational leaders.
What you'll recruit:
* Blue-collar production roles (manufacturing, assembly, trades, technicians)
* Engineering and professional roles (engineers, project managers, support functions)
What you'll be doing:
* Owning recruitment from job ad through to first day on site
* Writing and placing ads across SEEK and relevant channels
* Screening, interviewing and presenting job ready candidates
* Working directly with supervisors, engineers and managers
* Coordinating offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding
* Employee record management
As this role becomes more established, you'll also contribute to the smooth running of related people processes, particularly around onboarding and employee transitions, where your recruitment knowledge adds value.
About you:
* Proven experience recruiting blue-collar roles
* Comfortable recruiting engineers and professional roles as required
* Manufacturing or engineering environment experience highly regarded
* Practical, organised and comfortable working autonomously
* Motivated by ownership, accountability and visible outcomes
