We are seeking enthusiastic team members for full-time and casual roles, working across our Gympie and Noosa stores. Full-time positions offer clear progression opportunities, including pathways to Assistant Store Manager.
Roster options for Full-Time:
* Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
About the Role
* Engage customers with a free 5-minute hearing health check (full training provided)
* Build strong customer relationships and follow up leads
* Support store sales targets and KPIs
* Complete basic admin and customer record management
* Deliver exceptional customer service as part of a supportive team
About You
* Confident, outgoing, and comfortable approaching customers
* Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
* Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends
* Willing to work across both store locations
* Retail, sales, health, or education experience is valued but not essential.
