We are working with an established business in Sydney that are looking to engage a number of Oracle EPM Cloud Consultants (with excellent Planning experience) on a permanent basis.
We have been engaged by a leading organisation to assist in securing a couple of experienced Oracle EPM Consultants that specialise within the (Planning module - EPBCS) - Baseline clearance would be beneficial but all interested candidates MUST be Australian Citizens.
The successful consultant will focus on leading customer consulting engagements, pre‐sales activities such as solution demonstrations and tender responses, and designing/architecting EPM solutions for customers.
Essential Job Functions
* Design and implement Oracle EPBCS solutions
* Translate business and FP&A requirements into scalable planning application designs
* Configure dimensions, forms, calculations, workflows, and dashboards
* Build and manage planning rules using Calculation Manager and Groovy scripting
* Support data integration, automation, and validation activities
* Lead testing cycles, user training, and go‐live support
* Coordinate project tasks and contribute to solution demos and client presentations
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
* 3–5+ years of experience implementing Oracle EPBCS or Planning Cloud
* Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling
* Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud integration tools
* Prior experience with Hyperion Planning or Essbase is a plus
* Strong financial background with experience of core finance processes such as budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting or management reporting
* Proven track record of success working on business development initiatives
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
