The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced State Manager to lead the Perth branch in the operation of a well-established national business. You’ll oversee all aspects of branch performance from managing a skilled team of field service technicians through to financial oversight and customer engagement. This role suits a hands‑on people focused leader who enjoys variety, accountability, and the challenge of driving growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage branch operations to deliver on safety, service, and profitability targets
* Oversee field service and technical operations, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards
* Manage budgets, P&L, and resource allocation effectively
* Coach and develop a high‑performing sales, service and support team
* Build strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, and customer experience
* Report on branch performance, risks, and growth opportunities
About You
* Proven experience managing a branch, service centre, or technical operation
* Demonstrated P&L management and commercial leadership skills
* Mut have a strong background leading field service teams in an industrial or related sector
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and people leadership skills
* Hands‑on, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
