TRANSFORM by Fitaz is looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organised Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong background in social media management and graphic design, and is passionate about health and fitness. The ideal candidate will take ownership of all social media channels, ensuring content aligns with our brand, engages our audience, and drives growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Creation and Coordination:
o Create, schedule, and coordinate content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics.
o Create high-quality graphics, videos, and written content that align with the brand voice.
o Stay ahead of social media trends to ensure innovative and engaging content strategies.
2. Community Engagement & Growth:
o Actively engage with the Fitaz Health community through comments, DMs, and interactive content.
o Build relationships with our audience, responding to queries and fostering a supportive online community.
o Work with ambassadors and influencers to amplify brand reach.
3. Performance Tracking & Strategy Optimisation:
o Monitor and analyse social media metrics to track engagement, growth, and content performance.
o Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content strategies.
o Adjust content plans based on performance data and campaign success.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience in social media coordination with a proven track record of growing brand presence.
* Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent).
* Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
* Passion for health, fitness, and wellness (a plus).
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
* Confident with video content creation and editing, examples of work required.
