Territory Manager - Capital Equipment Sales

About the Role
We are looking for someone with proven success in capital equipment sales to join our expanding team
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving new equipment sales while delivering outstanding service to existing and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed new equipment sales targets in your territory
Manage the complete sales cycle – from initial contact through to machine delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and past customers
Facilitate product demonstrations and coordinate local marketing activities
Represent CEA at trade shows, exhibitions, and business forums
Prepare and submit sales-related paperwork efficiently to internal departments
Attend and contribute to weekly sales meetings
Keep the customer database up-to-date with contacts, quotes, and feedback
Support the Sales Manager with tenders and key account activities
About You
We're seeking a confident, proactive, and customer-focused sales professional who can own and grow a territory.
To be successful, you will bring:
Proven experience in territory or field sales management
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong cold-calling and lead generation skills
Knowledge of construction or capital equipment industry preferred
Familiarity with competitor products and market pricing
Professional communication and presentation skills
Competency in CRM systems and digital communication tools
A collaborative mindset with a focus on long-term customer success
