Key Roles and Responsibilities
The Finance Manager will provide strategic financial guidance to the organisation, ensuring strong financial oversight and control. This includes maintaining the integrity of all financial transactions and income/expenditure through robust internal controls and accounting compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining accurate forecasting and delivering timely and insightful financial reports to inform strategic decisions.
* Leading the annual budget process and guiding strategic financial planning.
* Providing oversight of financial systems and processes, strengthening internal financial controls, and translating financial reports into meaningful operational insights.
* Coodinating the annual audit and managing compliance obligations.
* Managing relationships with external accountants and professional advisors.
* Reviewing and managing insurance coverage and compliance documentation.
* Driving continuous improvement in all financial and administrative processes.
