Your responsibilities will include: Join a high-performing aviation maintenance team as an AME B1.3, ensuring aircraft airworthiness to the highest standards.
You'll support Maintenance Managers by coordinating and supervising tactical-level tasks, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.
Your responsibilities will include: Sign-off and certify maintenance within authorisation scope (AFCAMAN Book IV) Comply with all task-specific warnings, cautions, and instructions Adhere to tool control and safety procedures Operate only authorised equipment and use only approved materials Identify and document follow-on maintenance Monitor Human Factors and notify leadership of any performance-impairing conditions About you: Proven experience in aviation maintenance Strong task-level leadership and personnel management Solid knowledge of Human Factors and WHS requirements Skilled in identifying risks and applying effective controls Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Essential Competencies: Deep understanding of DASR and continuing airworthiness systems Strong planning and leadership abilities Advanced computer literacy and analytical skills Special Requirements: Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
