Role Overview
As a Territory Manager for a global MedTech innovator, you will represent cutting-edge surgical technologies across multiple specialties, driving sales and business growth across the Gold Coast & Northern NSW region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent a portfolio of innovative surgical solutions across various specialty areas in surgery
* Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, theatre teams, procurement professionals, and hospital executives to support sales growth
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic sales initiatives and achieve business objectives
* Provide clinical education and support to healthcare professionals, ensuring best practices in product usage
To succeed in this role, you should have proven success in hospital-based sales, ideally within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare solutions. You should also be confident in engaging surgical teams within the operating theatre environment and possess strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset.
