The Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to a variety of potential customers across NSW. You will thrive on building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to customers. You will play a critical role in increasing revenue through strategic account management and proactive networking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads across NSW
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and providing exceptional customer service
3. Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
4. Collaborating with import, pricing & transport teams to create solutions to meet customer needs
5. Conducting market research to stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape.
6. NSW based travel to prospect/client meetings, site openings and tender site visits.
What you will bring to Park
1. Minimum 5 years in business development & sales with a proven track record of growth
2. Previous experience in Fuel, Transport & Logistics or Mining industries will be highly regarded
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
4. Adept at communicating with clients across all levels
5. Experience developing your client portfolio with outstanding influencing, customer service and relationship building skills
6. Experience in successfully responding to tenders with ability to lead and co-ordinate tender responses
