We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as our Member and Community Engagement Coordinator. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Regional Director to develop and maintain strong membership teams across the region.
* Bid successful relationships with Conferences, Regional Councils, and local community partners to foster growth and cooperation.
* Sustain and enhance local problem-solving, collaboration, and engagement among members and staff through strategic support.
* Leverage your expertise to drive attraction, retention, and engagement initiatives for members.
* Coordinate and deliver impactful learning and development activities for Conference leaders and members.
* Catalyze regional engagement and training events to strengthen connection, shared knowledge, and collaboration.
* Employ data analytics and reporting tools to track and communicate member and community engagement outcomes effectively.
* Maintain safe, compliant, and effective practices across all member engagement activities.
