Rental Administration / Customer Support

We are seeking a proactive and customer focused administrator to join our rental team and play a key role in supporting daily operations and customer service activities. This position offers a great opportunity to work within a collaborative team environment, supporting customers and internal stakeholders while contributing to the smooth coordination of rental enquiries, equipment allocation, and order processing.
The ideal candidate will enjoy building strong working relationships, thrive in a hands‐on support role, and take pride in delivering a high standard of service. Previous experience in administration, accounts or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately enter rental agreements and manage customer and supplier invoicing.
* Track daily hires, follow up with customers and sales representatives, and process off-hire requests.
* Act as the go‐to support for walk‐in customers and provide backup for sales representatives on the road.
* Coordinate transport with precision, ensuring timely and accurate requests.
* Maintain organized records, handle general filing and archiving, and process cash sales.
* Assist the Rental Coordinator as needed, keeping everything on track and running smoothly.
