At M3 Property, we combine experience, market knowledge and data insight to deliver unparalleled value to our clients. With specialists across Australia, our property solutions are as independent as they are extensive.
At M3, we understand that our success is through our people, and we support you in many different ways to be the best you can be. You'll be part of a collaborative, values‐driven organisation that is continuously evolving, with opportunities to contribute nationally and make a real impact on quality and risk outcomes across the business.
The Role
We're seeking an experienced QA Manager to join our national valuations practice. Reporting to the Head of Property Risk & Compliance, this role plays a critical part in safeguarding the quality, integrity and compliance of valuation reports produced across the business.
This is an ideal opportunity for a highly experienced CPV valuer, potentially with prior QA, audit or bank‐side experience, who enjoys deep technical review, risk management and working closely with senior valuers and Directors. You'll be hands‐on, technically strong, and trusted to co‐sign valuations and provide quality oversight across a diverse client base.
* Conduct detailed QA reviews of valuation reports and files in line with internal frameworks, API and IVSC standards, and instructing party requirements.
* Co‐sign valuation reports for Directors and senior valuers, providing technical assurance and risk oversight.
* Ensure valuation outputs consistently meet quality, compliance and client standards prior to issue.
* Manage internal QA and audit processes and contribute to board and risk reporting.
* Identify trends, recurring issues and emerging risks, escalating matters as appropriate.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives, including templates, guidance notes and QA checklists.
* Work closely with Directors and valuers to provide constructive feedback and technical guidance.
* Respond to client queries and QA feedback, supporting positive client outcomes.
About you
* CPV qualified, with significant experience as a practising valuer in a professional valuation environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of valuation methodologies, professional standards and compliance obligations across Australia.
* Previous QA, audit or property risk experience (bank or lender exposure highly regarded).
* Proven ability to critically review and co‐sign valuation reports, including complex or high‐risk assignments.
* Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
* Confident, clear communicator who can provide constructive feedback to senior stakeholders.
* High professional integrity, sound judgement and a pragmatic, solutions‐focused mindset.
What do we offer?
* Interesting, high‐impact work in a well‐regarded national valuation firm.
* A collaborative and supportive team environment with strong national connectivity.
* Exposure to a broad client base, including banks and non‐bank lenders.
* Flexible working arrangements that support work‐life balance.
* Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities.
* A values‐driven culture focused on quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
