The Role You will be joining a highly regarded commercial fit-out team delivering premium interior construction for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients throughout the Gold Coast. Projects include bespoke retail spaces, restaurant renovations, education fit-outs, healthcare and government interiors, and large commercial fit-outs where quality and detail are paramount. This role is ideal for carpenters who take pride in high-quality finishing, accurate installation, and clean, efficient site execution — the type of work and culture championed by respected fit-out companies across the industry. Fit-out Carpenters will execute a range of carpentry and interior construction duties, from detailed architectural assemblies through to final installations. Leading Hands will take on expanded responsibilities, coordinating teams on site, liaising with subcontractors, and driving workmanship standards across tasks.
