Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator for our client located in Healesville Vic who is well known distillery and is seeking staff for an immediate start.
NB: This role will be on Day Shift: 8am to 4.30pm
Main duties & responsibilities for this role are:
* Prepare and process orders to maximise packing efficiency
* Co-ordinate returns, replacements, and credits.
* Provide customer service support as required.
* Manage carrier bookings and dispatches, including DHL International.
Attend to daily warehousing tasks such as:
* Forklift Driving
* Packaging and material handling
* Stock organisation, stocktakes, and replenishment
* Goods receiving and stock transfers
* Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and workflow efficiency
* Supporting daily sales order confirmations and dispatch processes
Essential Requirements
* Current LF Forklift licence and experience
* Ability to work hands-on in all areas of logistics operations.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
* Demonstrated sense of urgency and sound judgement.
