Professional Mental Health Service Provider Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate mental health professional to join our wellbeing and primary mental health service team.
This exciting opportunity allows you to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals, couples, and families by providing high-quality, person-centred counselling and psychological support.
Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments, developing collaborative care plans, and regularly reviewing goals and progress with clients.
You will also contribute to service evaluation, quality improvement activities, and the development of resources that enhance client outcomes and service delivery.
Additionally, you will participate actively in individual and group supervision, reflective practice, and continuing professional development.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A tertiary qualification in counselling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health discipline
* Registration or eligibility with a relevant professional body (PACFA, AASW, AHPRA, ANZCATA)
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
