You'll be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team and help scale our services in line with client needs and regulatory standards ensuring that care is delivered efficiently, safely, and with compassion.You'll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve service delivery, drive business growth, and enhance client satisfaction. This is an exciting leadership role where strategy meets hands‐on delivery.In this pivotal role you will be responsible for managing daily operations and performance across Care Management, Clinical, Rostering, and Service Delivery teams in addition to:Lead workforce planning and development to ensure a capable, high‐performing teamManage financial performance and support the achievement of regional budget goalsChampion HCA's values and behaviours while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagementThis is a 12 month maternity leave contract, based in Melbourne.Let's talk about you!This opportunity suits someone who can inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, person‐centred care.
