Full time, continuing position at our Camperdown campus Exciting opportunity to work in multi-disciplinary research environment HEO 7 Base Salary $108,557 – 118,267 plus 17% superannuation About the opportunity The Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences’ School of Humanities is home to leading scholars in archaeology, classics and ancient history, gender and cultural studies, history, linguistics, philosophy, and studies in religion, and is seeking an experienced Research Support Officer. The Research Support Officer, tasked with supporting research projects, streamlining grant management procedures, fostering collaborations, overseeing research documentation, and ensuring the effective dissemination of research finding. Your key responsibilities will be to: support research projects, ensuring the refinement of methodologies and the achievement of research objective oversee the lifecycle of grant applications, from conceptualisation to final reporting support the entire lifecycle of grant applications, from initial conceptualisation to the completion of final reporting, ensuring the optimal acquisition of funding streamline administrative processes for managing research documents, publications, and compliance paperwork efficiently, while leading stakeholder communications to address concerns promptly and effectively. About you previous experience coordinating and/or overseeing the grant application processes in a higher-education sector proven track record within in a research-intensive setting, encompassing the management, reporting, and dissemination of research data a self-reliant, meticulous, systematic, and adaptable approach to work a collaborative mindset with the capacity to work independently, responsibly, and dependably.
