The company facilitates the efficient movement of goods and supports supply chain operations through reliable delivery solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Assessing and determining vehicle requirements based on operational demands, growth plans, and service delivery needs 2. Sourcing suppliers and negotiates purchase, lease, and rental agreements to secure suitable vehicles at competitive terms 3. Arranging and managing the disposal and replacement of vehicles in line with lifecycle and cost-efficiency strategies 4. Managing fleet operations by coordinating servicing, inspections, and repairs to ensure safety and regulatory compliance 5. Monitoring vehicle utilisation, fuel consumption, and maintenance expenses to control operating costs and improve efficiency 6. Providing technical and operational advice to leasing companies, dealers, and service providers regarding vehicle specifications and acquisition 7. Maintaining accurate records of registrations, insurance, servicing, warranties, and all vehicle-related transactions 8. Conducting market research on vehicle technology, pricing, and industry trends to support acquisition and replacement planning 9. Coordinated the collection and delivery of vehicles and goods.
