With 6 branches across Australia, they have an established customer base within the security industry. Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen in the Airport West branch as an Internal Sales Representative.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the VIC State Manager, you will provide internal sales support directly to the Sales team in order to increase their sales efficiency and drive sales growth. This is broad, entry level role that will see you work across all areas of the business in a support capacity. Key responsibilities include:
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
**What you'll need to succeed**
- No previous sales experience required
- Strong phone presence and experience handling incoming customer enquiries
- Passion for electronics
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with CRM or accounting software
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Degree qualified desired
