About This Opportunity
Join Our Team as a Systems and Services Project Coordinator. Are you ready to step into a role that drives projects to success. In this role, you will be the coordinating and administering projects of varying complexities, ensuring their smooth execution and successful completion.
You will play a key role in coordinating end-to-end projects, ensuring their timely and effective delivery. Your responsibilities will span a range of activities, from planning and monitoring to stakeholder engagement and budget coordination. You'll be the conduit between members of the project team, stakeholders and other teams, organising project details while fostering productive relationships.
While IT technical ability is not a prerequisite for this role, a proactive mindset and a knack for bringing pieces together to create a meaningful whole are essential. Your organisational finesse and attention to detail will set the foundation for successful project outcomes. While you won't be involved in direct management, you will act as a key player that connects various stakeholders and staff members.
A people-oriented disposition is important - your ability to communicate effectively and collaboration skills will be instrumental in your success. Strong administrative skills are a must, enabling you to streamline processes and keep projects on track. Your role will be the core of our operational efficiency.

This is a full-time (100%), fixed-term position for up to 11 months.
At HEW level 6, the full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $84,871 - $91,158, plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be up to $99,300 - $106,655 annually.
About You- A Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or equivalent experience and/or equivalent education/training- Demonstrated experience in providing project coordination and/or administrative support- A developing understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to balance competing priorities within tight timeframes- Demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues- Advanced written and oral communication skills- Experience coordinating diverse stakeholder engagements- Experience using project management tools would be advantageous, or a proven ability to quickly adapt to new project management software- Subject matter expertise in the areas of stakeholder management and coordination.
