Physiotherapist – Tin Can Bay, Queensland.

Employment Type: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time.

About the Role

This practice now has an opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to join their team based in their busy Tin Can Bay clinic. As a Physiotherapist you will play a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing of the community.

Position Description

This opportunity is for an experienced Physiotherapist to join the practices existing team. The practice is open between the hours of 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday and this position is based in the Tin Can Bay clinic with flexibility for full time or part time.

Key responsibilities

- Provide accurate clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment to a variety of patients including Aged Care, DVA, Medicare and private patients
- Identify client-orientated goals and formulate appropriate treatment plans to facilitate the attainment of patient’s goals
- Provide effective advice and education and promote positive and healthy lifestyle behaviours
- Screen and identify potential risks prior to commencement of exercise
- Maintain timely and accurate consultation notes, documentation and reports
- Create a safe and relaxed environment where patients feel comfortable

Position Requirements

- Fully qualified Physiotherapist
- Holds current AHPRA license and current insurance
- No visa restrictions
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to identify and treat a range of conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with patients
- Commitment to continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices
- Desire to create an impact in your community

Salary Information

$90,000-$100,000 per annum.
