About the Role
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage a team of textile technicians and oversee the artwork production process.
* Ensure pre-production artwork accuracy, colour-correctness, and technical soundness.
* Review artwork scale, repeat, and placement for print and production readiness.
* Identify potential risks early on and troubleshoot issues before they affect the production floor.
* Promote the adoption of digital workflows, such as CLO 3D and Adobe, to enhance efficiency and innovation.
* Maintain accurate artwork documentation within PLM systems and ensure internal consistency.
