Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical leadership and management to site-based team members.
The focus of this role is on the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met.

Key Responsibilities
* To lead a multidisciplinary team and provide clinical support to ensure excellent care provision.
* To implement and maintain high standards of clinical governance and compliance.
* To develop and coordinate care plans for individuals with complex needs.

Requirements
* A mental health-related degree or registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, or Mental Health Social Worker.
* Experience leading a multidisciplinary team or extensive experience as a Senior Clinician providing clinical support to a team.
* Highly developed communication skills and ability to engage with consumers, advocate on their behalf, and establish effective relationships with staff, clients, families, and stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in managing clinical governance, supervision, mentoring, process development, monitoring, data capture, and reporting to meet key contractual benchmarks.
* Eligibility to apply or currently hold a WWCC and NDIS worker screening.
