Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced nurses to provide person-centred care and support at our facilities.
* The ideal candidate will have current registration, a minimum of two years of experience working in aged care, and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Responsibilities include day-to-day operational management, ensuring residents experience person-centred care and services, coaching and supporting direct reports, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
* A competitive hourly rate is offered, ranging from $48-54 (depending on experience), as well as access to salary sacrifice and ongoing training opportunities.
