About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Analyst to help drive system adoption, improve compliance and enhance the purchasing experience across the Procure to Pay lifecycle.
This role combines data analysis with hands-on system and process support.
You will build and maintain dashboards, analyse procurement data, identify improvement opportunities and translate insights into practical actions that deliver measurable results.
Working closely with Procurement, Finance and Operational teams, you will play a key role in improving system performance, streamlining processes and supporting users across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain procurement dashboards, reports and compliance metrics.
Analyse Workday data to identify adoption trends and improvement opportunities.
Provide system support for purchasing, invoicing and payment issues.
Support catalogue management, punch-out onboarding and configuration to improve PO quality and increase on-contract spend.
Review requisitions and support PO lifecycle activities.
Act as a key contact for procurement system queries and reporting.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in procurement, procurement systems, data analysis or Procure to Pay operations.
Strong understanding of Purchase to Pay processes and controls.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and basic SQL desirable.
Experience creating dashboards and translating data into actionable insights.
Practical experience with ERP procurement systems; Workday experience highly regarded.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities.
