Your mission? Deliver accurate, timely, customer-focused support to our HR team and the wider organisation. You'll help keep us compliant and ensure smooth delivery of HR and Payroll processes.
Attention to detail and the ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment are key
Key Responsibilities
* Triage HR-related enquiries, providing outstanding customer service and support.
* Complete HR reporting and draft HR correspondence.
* Manage, track, and report on employee compliance requirements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
* Coordinate probation reviews and exit interview processes.
* Administer flexible work requests, conflicts of interest, secondary employment, and parental leave processes.
* Support Reward & Recognition initiatives and HR continuous improvement projects.
* Assist the Manager, Human Resources, and Executive People & Culture with projects and industrial matters.
* Provide administrative support across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
You bring:
* Admin experience (data entry, customer service, reports, letters, contracts).
* Entry-level HR support experience.
* Problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude.
* Strong communication – written and verbal.
* Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects calmly and efficiently.
Successful applicants will require a current Australian Drivers Licence and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $79,000.00 per year
