Key Responsibilities
1. Manage operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance while fostering a culture of excellence and customer focus.
2. Lead and empower a team to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding member experiences.
3. Oversee workflows, training, and resource allocation to maintain service levels and compliance.
4. Drive delinquency management strategies, including arrears control and hardship applications.
5. Identify growth opportunities within personal finance and enhance customer satisfaction through innovative solutions.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in credit management (Cert IV desirable).
* Proven experience in personal finance, debt management, and retention strategies.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
* In-depth knowledge of the National Credit Code, privacy legislation, and financial hardship processes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
