This role will suit someone who’s ready to step into a leadership position that combines hands-on clinical care, staff training, and strategic impact. You’ll play a key role in shaping the skills and confidence of our support workforce by delivering expert training aligned to NDIS Practice Standards and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA). You’ll also directly support clients with complex needs through clinical assessments and interventions. What You’ll Do Deliver and assess high quality competency-based trainings and education to support workers and nursing staff. Provide direct clinical care (approx. 11.5 billable hours/week), including wound care, catheter changes, diabetes support, PEG care, tracheostomy care, and more. Design, implement and monitor complex care plans for participants with high-risk needs. Support mobilisation of a 900 workforce through internal training delivery and reduced waitlist times. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery. Ensure compliance with AHPRA, NDIS, and organisational quality and governance standards.
