What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct site walkouts and plan construction activities
- Lead and brief subcontractors on scope and expectations
- Manage resources, materials and equipment to keep projects moving
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve variations and challenges
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and quality benchmarks
- Support warehouse processes and stock management
- Perform quality checks and report incidents as needed
About You
- Hands‑on experience with a trade qualification and supervising contractors on civil or telecommunications projects
- Knowledge of Telstra/NBN networks (advantageous)
- Ability to read and interpret network plans
- Civil construction experience (directional drilling, trenching, ploughing)
- Understanding of cabling requirements for residential and business structures
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Willingness to travel across WA
