We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team for general property maintenance, with a focus on carpentry, fencing, and landscaping. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a versatile skill set to handle a variety of tasks from minor repairs to larger installations.
Responsibilities:
* Performing general property repairs and maintenance, including minor carpentry, plumbing, and gutter repairs.
* Conducting landscaping duties such as mowing, hedging, weeding, and pruning.
* Executing home modifications to improve accessibility and safety.
* Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on projects.
* General Maintenance: Address a variety of property maintenance needs, such as painting, minor plumbing or electrical tasks, gutter clean/repairs and other general repairs.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in general maintenance, carpentry, fencing, and landscaping.
* Strong handyman skills, including the ability to perform a variety of repairs and modifications.
* Ability to read, interpret and quote work requested by client.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* A valid driver's license, clean driving record, NSW White card & current Working at Heights is essential.
