Overview
Position: Procurement Officer / Deputy Site Manager
Location: ACRWORLD, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia
ACRWORLD are on the lookout for an experienced Procurement Officer to undertake procurement and stores management activities for the Operational Assets in South Australia.
Responsibilities
* Manage and follow up on supplier onboarding, procurement requests, and orders
* Maintain accurate inventory records, arrange annual stocktakes, and resolve discrepancies in the CMMS
* Receive goods into stores, assist with unloading, and receipt items in the CMMS
* Support outage planning and execution by coordinating contractor requirements
* Collaborate with Accounts and Finance on purchasing, inventory, and receiving processes
Skills & Experience
* Forklift License
* Can-do attituded and self-motivated
* Proficient in Microsoft suite of Office products.
* Energy, mining, utilities or Heavy industrial plant experience highly regarded.
* Knowledge or experience with procurement inventory
