The initiatives managed by HRHA for the region pursue the ability to digitalise the regional healthcare environment, providing the best outcomes for patients by delivering patient centred information systems which drive efficiencies and information flow. Alongside, the region will continue to build and improve the foundational technologies and support services required to deliver day to day operations of Health Services effectively and efficiently. GV Health is the lead agency for the Hume Rural Health Alliance (HRHA). About the role Across the Hume region, the health services are experiencing the need to uplift digital maturity to improve patient care by uplifting the Core Information Systems and related infrastructure. The region’s digital health program is aligned to the initiatives identified in the Victoria’s Digital Health Roadmap 2021-2025 and works collaboratively with the Department of Health’s Digital Health branch. HRHA has implemented a single PAS (i.PM), a regional integration engine (Rhapsody) and a regional platform for facilitating access to clinical care (Miya Precision). The Digital Health Program is in the preparation phase for a regional electronic medical record to support hospital and community workflows across its membership. The role is pivotal in delivering the data and reporting service to support day to day operational needs and the ambitions of the region’s digital health roadmap About You Well regarded technical analyst with experience in data and reporting analysis, business requirements analysis and reports development Advocate for the customer and deliver a service vision to meet and anticipate integration and reporting needs in the health sector Enjoys working with people, mentoring and working in a high-performance team Experience in presenting to Senior leadership. Strong customer service focus, delivers quality work on time A degree level qualification in data science, information technology, or equivalent.
