Qualifications
* Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast‐paced, high‐energy setting
* Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
* Previous success in meeting KPI's
* Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* This role could be for any of our restaurant locations across Newcastle and Lake Maqcuarie region
