We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Change Manager to join a critical Health program for an initial 3-month engagement. This role is advisory, focusing on strategy and recommendations. You will be instrumental in helping shape the change strategy across a complex program that involves significant uplift in technology, processes, and organizational structure. Your expertise will provide the foundational roadmap for successful change implementation.
The Role
This is a high-impact, short-term assignment where you will act as a trusted advisor to the program leadership team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Change Strategy & Recommendation: Developing and recommending a comprehensive approach for managing multiple, concurrent streams of change across the Health program.
* Advisory Focus: Providing expert guidance, frameworks, and actionable recommendations on how to best conduct and manage the various organizational, process and technology changes.
* Assessment: Reviewing the current program structure and change landscape to identify risks, interdependencies, and capacity constraints related to change absorption.
* Stakeholder Alignment: Working with senior leaders to ensure alignment on the proposed change methodology and approach.
About You
You are a seasoned Change Manager with a proven track record in advisory roles. You thrive on solving complex strategic challenges and delivering clear, practical recommendations.
* Demonstrated experience in a dedicated Change Manager or Change Advisory role, specifically focused on setting strategy
* Experience managing complex, multifaceted change, including technology implementation, process redesign, and organizational structure transitions.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
* Highly Desirable: Previous experience working within the Healthcare or Aged Care industry will be a significant advantage.
