Job Title
A Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our network of partners across Australia and New Zealand.
* Managing relationships with strategic partners to ensure their clients' legal needs are addressed.
* Building long-lasting relationships with industry stakeholders, managing regular engagement and reporting on the results of launched initiatives.
* Growing our partner network to maintain a consistent flow of inbound partners and partner-sourced referred leads through project-managing events and marketing campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate has:
* Strong sales and/or partnership experience preferably 3+ years.
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding OKRs/KPIs consistently.
* Experience working with businesses where SMEs are the end customer.
* Self-starter and organised go-getter who executes tasks and drives results while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
* Commercially minded and focused individual.
* Relationship builder with experience in developing partner programs.
