**The Company**
Exciting career opportunity for an office manager to grow within a very unique organisation, with ongoing support from a close nit team.
**About the role**
The position will be responsible for the first point of contact, while managing board room and office support in accounts payable and receivable.
**Responsibilities**
- PA to CEO
- Meeting and greeting shareholders
- Answering reception, transferring calls to the right allocations
- Minute taking
- Arranging boardroom meetings
- Instructing of temporary staff in matters such as photocopying, filing, messages, mail etc
- Enter bookings received via booking enquiry form
- Manage website queries
- Inspect Centre rooms monthly, report and follow up any maintenance issues
- Enter payments onto DRC spreadsheet
- Follow up calls to clients regarding bookings and payments
- Calling and managing shareholders
- Entering information into inhouse systems
- Accounts Receivable & payable
- Other adhoc duties
**Success Criteria**
- Accounts Payable processed by midday each Tuesday
- Accounts receivable ledger matches what is owed by the customer.
- Customer queries handled in a timely manner
**Skills/ Experience**
- 2+ Years previous experience in similar roles
- Satisfactory "Police check".
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Highly organised and able to provide the dedication to meet tight deadlines at times.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work well autonomously and resourcefully.
- A pro-active "can-do" attitude with confidence to take on a variety of tasks.
