Italian Street Kitchen embodies the Italian way of eating and sharing. Local produce, inspiring delicious hand-crafted food bursting with flavour in a warm and welcoming environment. Produce to be bought and shared amongst friends and family, from wood fired pizzas to traditional Italian ingredients.
Responsibilities
* Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
* Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
* Process payments and operate POS systems
Requirements
* Certificate III in Hospitality and/or at least 12-24 months of relevant employment experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A team player with a strong work ethic
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Availability to work over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
* Current RSA certificate
* Full Time contract offered at $77,000-$80,000 per annum not inclusive of superannuation
