The Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program is a major initiative to reduce crash severity and frequency on the highway. The program aims to improve road safety by implementing various measures, including wide centre line treatments, audio tactile line marking, intersection upgrades, rest areas, pavement strengthening, overtaking lanes, and upgrades to narrow structures.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver the program in accordance with requirements and industry best-practice.

* Manage stakeholder engagement for the program, including government agencies, Traditional Owners, and other key stakeholders.

* Identify and harness expertise to deliver program objectives, creating a high-performing team and positive work culture.

* Collaborate with the broader BHTSP teams across the state to ensure consistency of delivery and technical practices.
">
* Investigate, manage, and resolve complex engineering and contractual issues associated with the program.

* Manage, monitor, and report on program progress, preparing and delivering submissions and reports as required.
