As a key member of our Commercial and Project teams, you will assist in the commercial administration of Contractors and Subcontractors across this multi-million dollar project based in Yatala. This role involves providing comprehensive contract support across projects, including the management of claims, variations, contractor compliance, and the preparation of Contract Administration plans and registers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring contractor compliance through systems such as Commnia and Gallagher, ensuring valid insurances, licenses, and up-to-date management plans are maintained. Additionally, they will support HSE audits and manage contractor breach tracking, along with the development and maintenance of Risk Registers for inclusion in management reporting.
This position requires effective communication and collaboration with commercial, finance, procurement, and accounts teams to resolve project issues such as equipment delivery, invoicing discrepancies, and vendor payments. You will also assist in contractor claim assessments, prepare Payment Certificates, and contribute to project budget reporting, forecasting, and overall financial administration.
A critical aspect of this role is managing documentation to meet company standards, assisting with report formatting and data extraction, and coordinating general administrative duties including expense and travel management.
