Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in direct enterprise software sales.
* A proven track record in State Government/Public Sector sales.
* Consistent quota achievement with a stable and progressive sales career.
* Strong expertise in account management, business expansion, and pipeline development.
* Knowledge of BPA, DPA, RPA, CRM, and Case Management software solutions.
* Experience working with large partner organizations in the ecosystem.
* Formal sales training with a strong process-oriented approach.
* History of challenging and improving business processes for clients.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
