Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own residential property portfolio end-to-end
* Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding all property matters
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor communication
* Conduct routine inspections and manage compliance requirements
* Handle leasing processes including applications and tenancy sign-ups
* Assist with general office phone coverage and client enquiries
* Support front desk duties as required
* Maintain accurate records using industry systems
About You:
* Previous experience managing your own Property Management portfolio
* Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and processes
* Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Able to work independently while being part of a team
* Comfortable assisting with reception/phone duties when required
* Strong computer skills and experience with property management systems
Essential Requirements:
* Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Current Driver's Licence
* Previous Property Management experience (own portfolio required)
