The role
* Portfolio of 60 - 70 claims
* Handle complex liability decisions and strategic claim direction
* Drive high-quality, sustainable return-to-work outcomes
* Build trusted relationships with injured workers, employers, and medical providers
* Provide informal guidance and support to less experienced team members
* Contribute to a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration
* You'll be trusted to make sound decisions and manage your portfolio with confidence
What we're looking for
* Workers Compensation claims experience
* Strong working knowledge of WA Workers Compensation legislation
* Experience managing claims independently from start to resolution
* Confidence in handling complex or sensitive matters
* Natural leadership qualities and the ability to support others
