About the opportunity
Customer Development Manager – Baldivis
This role manages a territory of approximately 150 customers, building productive business relationships using the new CRM platform, understanding customer needs, proactively solving problems, and identifying growth opportunities. You will be ultimately responsible for sales and gross‐margin performance within your territory.
Responsibilities
* Build effective, productive business relationships with target customers using the CRM platform.
* Understand customer needs, proactively solve their problems, and identify areas to grow their share of spend with Repco.
* Be ultimately responsible for sales and gross margin performance of your territory of approximately 150 customers.
* Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions.
* Achieve sales budgets through a proactive and innovative approach.
* Liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders.
* Maintain knowledge of the automotive industry and available products.
Qualifications
* Interest in the automotive industry.
* Sales and/or customer‐management experience (automotive industry preferred).
* Track record of achieving KPI's and targets.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high‐performance sales team and customer‐first culture.
* Valid Australian driver's licence.
* Experience using CRM systems.
