Your key responsibilities:
Support origination and execution of IB business, with a strong focus in financial institutions coverage
Due diligence of clients and markets
Deal documentation and internal approvals
Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
Handle day to day client queries on all execution related matters
Attend client meetings including execution and pitches
Your skills and experience:
Prior work experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry with direct experience in Corporate Finance
For Vice President level - minimum 7 years of experience
For Associate level - minimum 3 years of experience
Have strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
Detail oriented and commercial acumen are critical
Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi task
Ability to take initiative with strong critical thinking skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
