About the Role:
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will work as the main contact to manage both inward and outward stock movements whilst maintaining accuracy and integrity of the store's inventory records of Manitou's complete range of spare parts products.
Job Responsibilities
* Effectively manage Spare Parts Store / Warehouse activities
* Ensure accurate parts allocation to Workshop, Pre-Delivery and Field Service teams.
* Receive goods and ensure that the parts and quantities match the relevant shipping documentation.
* Unpack and organise parts into the correct store locations.
* Day to day liaison with all staff including parts and service teams.
* Ensure safe workplace practices are adhered to at all times and maintain a clean and safe store at all times
* Annual stock take
* Ensure the store area is clean and tidy at all times.
* Adhoc duties as required
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent interpersonal relationship and customer focused mentality.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in Stores and Inventory.
* Organised, rigorous with processes and administrative/paperwork management
* Capable of using various computing tools
* Self motivated.
* Forklift Licence preferable
* Good Team spirit, experience working in a small team is an advantage
* Person who wants to participate strongly in the development of a growing business.
